Donations

General Policy

Donations made to Vishnu Maya Amma Charitable Trust are used to support our charitable activities and initiatives. Due to the nature of donations and the immediate impact they have on our programs, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances.

Refund Requests

If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our cause, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date. Refund requests should include the details of the donation, such as the date, amount, and the donor’s information.

We will review the request and make a decision on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment, typically within 10 business days.

Cancellation of Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel future donations, please contact us at least 10 days before the next scheduled donation date. You can cancel your recurring donation by contacting us via email or phone. Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation and ensure that no further donations are charged.

Event Registrations and Ticket Purchases

For events organized by Vishnu Maya Amma Charitable Trust, we may offer refunds or cancellations under specific conditions, which will be clearly outlined during the event registration process. If you need to cancel your registration or ticket purchase, please refer to the event-specific terms and conditions.

Refund Process for Events

Full Refund: Requests for a full refund must be made at least 14 days before the event date.
Partial Refund: Requests made less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
No Refund: Requests made less than 7 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund.

Sponsorships and Partnerships

For sponsors and partners, the terms of refunds and cancellations will be governed by the specific agreement or contract signed between Vishnu Maya Amma Charitable Trust and the sponsor/partner. Please refer to your agreement for details.
